Are you an experienced and compassionate Exercise Physiologist with a passion for working with individuals living with disabilities? We are seeking skilled Exercise Physiologists to join our team in Adelaide and the Central Coast on a part-time basis, with the potential to lead into full-time.

As an Exercise Physiologist at One Culture, you will have the opportunity to improve the lives of individuals with disabilities by providing specialised exercise and physical activity services. You will work closely with participants, developing personalised treatment plans to address their unique needs and goals. Your expertise and care will play a crucial role in improving their strength, endurance, and overall physical function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting thorough assessments to identify participants' physical needs and goals

  • Developing individualised treatment plans and implementing evidence-based exercise interventions

  • Providing hands-on guidance, support, and feedback to improve physical function and health

  • Monitoring and evaluating participants’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary

  • Collaborating with a small and supportive team to provide holistic care and support

Requirements:

  • Must hold unrestricted registration as an Exercise Physiologist and must be registered with Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA).

  • Ability to manage and work within a culturally diverse team environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Providing Exercise Physiology assessment

  • Treatment and report for patients of both musculoskeletal and neurological background

  • Provide specialised treatment, measure progress, and ensure effectiveness of intervention

  • National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
