We’re passionate about making sport inclusive

Sport is a great tool for improved health and well-being, gross motor skills, social inclusion, self-confidence and self-esteem.

One Culture Support Services helps engage people living with disabilities or health conditions in regular sporting programs and one-on-one practices, because sport should be available for all abilities.

We run football, tennis, basketball, powerchair hockey and powerchair football programs in Adelaide, which are for all ages and abilities. We hope to keep the list of sports we offer growing!

Our programs run throughout the school terms, all throughout the year. At the end of term we run Inclusive Championships in which we bring all of our sports program for a great day of fun.

Don't let your disability hold you back - get involved and see for yourself the benefits of participating in inclusive sports programs, where all costs are covered by your NDIS funding!

Come along and give it a go for free!

Are you interested in trying a new sport in Adelaide, but not sure what to start? Our ‘come and try’ at our inclusive sports programs (other than swimming) are a perfect opportunity to give it a go!

We want participants to feel as comfortable as possible attending all of our sports programs and remove any pressure on them having to commit without giving it a try first. We just require a registration form to be completed before the participant attends.

This is a completely free session open to people of all abilities, so don't miss out on the chance to discover a new hobby or passion. Join us for a fun and supportive introduction to a variety of sports and see for yourself the benefits of being active and involved in your community.

Here’s an overview of all of our Sports Programs that run all throughout the year in Adelaide. Our programs just take breaks for the school holidays, other than our Swimming Program, which runs all throughout the year (apart from a break for Christmas).

All of our disability sports programs are open to all ages, abilities and skill levels. We want all new-comers to feel welcomed and confident to give the sport a try!

If you need assistance organising transportation and support to attend our sports programs, please let us know and we can arrange for one of our support workers to help.

The ability to access sport
shouldn’t be a privilege, but a right.

  • We charge for each session that a participant attends.
