Meet Mitch, our Physiotherapist

Mitchell is a graduate of the UTS Masters of Physiotherapy program and an undergraduate of Sports and exercise science. Mitchell has worked for ten years in the field of Swim coaching and has experience working with GWS giants academy (AFL).

Mitchells skills working with a wide variety of populations means he is well equipped to manage a wide variety of patients and conditions.

In his spare time Mitchell enjoys competing in triathlons, going to the beach and spending time with family and friends.

Meet James, our Allied Health Assistant

James is an accredited Exercise Scientist and Strength and Conditioning Coach who works for us as our Allied Health Assistant. He has worked with athletes from local to national level competition in a vast array of sports.

He is currently involved in Strength and Conditioning at the Central Coast Mariners as well as sports coaching, program design and development for us.

James' passion is human movement and the systems involved. The aims of his programs are to integrate fun, games, skill development, motor control and education all while adhering to a progressive strength and conditioning program.

Meet Isaiah, our Allied Health Assistant

Isaiah recently graduated with an Exercise and Sports Science degree and is a level one Strength and Conditioning Coach. He is very passionate about coaching and has multiple years of experience, including three years as a representative basketball coach.

Growing up exercise and basketball have been a very big part of his life which has helped him with the knowledge of the body and sports he has today. His goal as an Allied Health Assistance is to continue to learn new and fun ways to exercise and help people reach the goals they desire.

He has a very passionate and enthusiastic personality and loves to connect with people. He's excited about this opportunity to help people in a number of different and exciting ways.

Meet Melinda, our Allied Health Assistant

With a passion for sports and a drive to help individuals reach their full potential, Melinda brings a unique combination of qualifications and experiences to our team. She’s got Cert 4 Personal Trainer qualification and a bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sport Science currently underway; she has the knowledge and expertise needed to take your training to the next level.

Melinda is passionate about sports and enjoys running and competes in the Blue Mountains Ultra Trail race every year, as well as playing Oz Tag. With a commitment to living an active lifestyle and staying up-to-date with the latest training techniques, she is dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals.
