One Culture, a leading organisation committed to promoting inclusivity and diversity, is seeking a skilled physiotherapist to join our team in Adelaide and the Central Coast on a part-time basis, with potential for the role to grow to full-time.

As a Physiotherapist at One Culture, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities by providing specialised physiotherapy services. You will work closely with clients, developing personalised treatment plans to address their unique needs and goals. Your expertise and care will play a crucial role in improving their mobility, functional independence, and overall quality of life.

Our services are offered both at our hub in Kilburn, Adelaide and in Gosford, Central Coast, as well as in-home services too.

The Role:

This is a key position within One Culture Support Services (disability service) where you will be an Allied Health Professional providing therapeutic services. 

You will be responsible for the assessment and management of patients through conducting comprehensive assessments of client needs, developing, implementing, and monitoring targeted physical therapies and interventions. 

You will require the ability to work autonomously or as a member of a dynamic team with the possibility of visiting patients off site, as part of their proposed treatment plan.

The role will focus on clients funded under the NDIS but will also work with private clients. Your compassionate nature and willingness to work with people of all abilities and cultural backgrounds will be essential at One Culture Support Services in helping clients achieve independence, improving quality of life and safety to live life fully.

Requirements:

  • Physiotherapy degree and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Applicants will be subject to a satisfactory National Police Clearance & Working With Children Check.

  • Ability to manage and work within a culturally diverse team environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Providing physiotherapy assessment

  • Treatment and report for patients of both musculoskeletal and neurological background

  • Provide specialised treatment, measure progress, and ensure effectiveness of intervention
