Cancellation Process

At One Culture we value the connections made between Support Workers and Participants and understand that sometimes life can get in the way of it. Whether it's due to unexpected personal issues, commitments, or illness, we want to make it as easy as possible for you to cancel your Support Work if necessary.

If you need to cancel, please use the form provided and make sure to do so within the timeframe specified on your Service Agreement. If you cancel within this timeframe, you will not be charged for the session. However, if you fail to cancel or do so within the specified timeframe of the start time, you will be charged for the full session.
