Join an individualised program

One Culture offer personal training for participants with NDIS plans in the Central Coast. Personal training is an excellent option for people living with disabilities if you want closer, personalised attention. This will allow you to maximise your training experience with individualised training and programming to match your specific goals and needs.

All personal training participants will need to undergo an assessment by our Allied Health team before they are cleared to enter into personal training.

What can you expect from Personal Training?

Personal Training offers a personalised session that focuses on each individual. Every session will work towards the participant’s fitness goals, whether that’s to lose some weight, reduce injury risk or generally become more active.

This is achieved through specific training and programming that is designed to align with their goals and needs.

More about our Personal Trainer, James

Meet James, an accredited Exercise Scientist and Strength and Conditioning Coach who works for us as our Personal Trainer. He has worked with athletes from local to national level competition in a vast array of sports.

He is currently involved in Strength and Conditioning at the Central Coast Mariners as well as sports coaching, program design and development for us.

James' passion is human movement and the systems involved. The aims of his programs are to integrate fun, games, skill development, motor control and education all while adhering to a progressive strength and conditioning program.

Melinda, One Culture Personal Trainer

More about our Personal Trainer, Melinda

Melinda is passionate about sports and has a strong desire to assist individuals in reaching their utmost potential, making her a valuable addition to our team. Her qualifications and experiences, including a Cert 4 Personal Trainer certification and her ongoing pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sport Science, equip her with the knowledge and expertise necessary to elevate your training.

With a devotion to sports, Melinda enjoys participating in various activities such as running, and competing annually in the Blue Mountains Ultra Trail race, as well as playing Oz Tag. She is committed to leading an active lifestyle and staying up-to-date with the latest training techniques to aid participants to achieve their goals.
