Who are we?
One Culture is a purpose-driven not-for-profit social enterprise and NDIS-registered provider based in Adelaide, South Australia.
Our mission is to empower individuals experiencing disadvantage — especially multicultural youth and people with disabilities — through inclusive, community-driven support that nurtures connection, confidence and independence.
Our vision is a South Australia where every multicultural person, including those with a disability, feels seen, supported and celebrated — thriving in inclusive communities where diversity, wellbeing and opportunity are redefined through shared values.

As a not-for-profit social enterprise, the funds we generate are reinvested into free multicultural community programs — ensuring inclusive opportunities remain accessible to those who need them most.
We believe disability should never be a barrier to living a full and active life. Our team provides the support and practical tools to help you work towards your goals at your pace, in ways that feel right for you.
