  • 1. Fill out registration form online
    2. One of our team members will contact you as soon as possible
    3. Initial assessment with our Principal Physiotherapist, triaging the presentation
    4. In-house referral to appropriate Therapist or Assistant based on goals and funding

  • One Culture pays per hour of the Therapist's time. This typically includes 1:1 50 minutes of session time and 10 minutes for clinical notes. Of course if the participant would like more hours then we are always willing to accomodate!

  • We currently have no waitlists, however our Therapists and Assistants are getting booked up quickly!

  • Physiotherapist; to assess and diagnose motor/neurological disorders of an acute and chronic nature.

    Exercise Physiotherapist; assessment of movement competency and prevention of chronic disease and injury prevention.

    Personal Trainers; work with participants to establish goals and formulate programs surrounding general health and wellbeing.

    Allied Health Assistant; to assist Therapists and facilitate sessions on the basis of collaborative programming with the Lead Therapist. They also develop programs for healthy cohort based on goals.

  • One Culture has a state of the art gym with fully furbished astro-turf. We offer hands on manual therapy, patient-specific gym programming based on client goals and needs.

    We also are able to do mobile therapy for needs of hydrotherapy and specific gym/home environments to meet participants goals and needs.

  • The more information you can provide us, the more that we can help. Specific intervention that align with their goals.

  • We understand things pop up in life and circumstances may prevent attendance to a session with us. We aim to work in collaboration with the participant and their family. We ask that you contact us within the cancellation timeframe specified on your Service Agreement so we can accommodate for this change.

    Please note; in line with NDIS regulations, where a provider has a Short Notice Cancellation (or no show), they are able to claim 100% of the agreed fee associated with the activity.
